Our main dish, ramen can be leveled up according to the customer’s desire. Here are the basic ramen dishes you can choose from.

Shōyu – Homemade ramen noodle based on a chicken and vegetable stock with plenty of soy sauce for that tangy, salty, and savory flavor yet still fairly light on the palate. This usually has curly noodles rather than straight ones. It is often adorned with marinated bamboo shoots or menma and many other ingredients.


Shio – Noodle texture and thickness are usually straight rather than curly. The resulting ramen is a pale, clear, yellowish broth made with plenty of salt and any combination of chicken, vegetables, fish, and seaweed.


Miso ramen –  With thick, curly, and slightly chewy noodle, blended with oily chicken or fish broth, sometimes with tonkatsu or lard creating a thick, nutty, slightly sweet and very hearty soup.


Curry ramen – The soup is done with thick curly noodles, pork bones and vegetables and seasoned with curry.
